10 Burpees

15 Deep Squats

20 Scorpion Dry Docks

25 Running Man

30 Kangaroo Butt Kicks

35 Merkins1st station, do the first exercise, 2nd station do the first 2 exercises, 3rd station first 3 exercises, etc. up to doing all 6 at the 6th station. Between each station run back to the first before running to the next. After the 6th work back down doing the last 5 exercises at the 5th, last 4 at the 4th, etc. working down to doing just the merkins back at the 1st station. Shout out to
