Warm up:

Indian Run one full loop

The Thang:

  • Top Gun
  • 15 minutes
  • 10 Curls, Rows, Deadlifts, Press, Squat, Lunge with block.
  • Every 1.5 minutes, timer goes off an you do 3 burpees.
  • Partner relay:
  • 1: Bear Crawl / 30 Shoulder - Knee - Toe Merkins (10 each)
  • 2: Crab Walk / 20 Burpees
  • 3: Walking Lunge / 40 Air Squats
