- Squats
- Curls
- Blockees
- Side shuttle hops burn down
Run the bases:Divide into two groups
- first group
- rub the bases and do 10 mericans at each base
- second group
- Start 100 sit-ups
- when the first group makes it home, switch
- do until every group has 100 sit-ups
Cot: Some things you can easily tell its purpose. F3’s purpose is exercise and building friendships. A car’s purpose is to take you places. My mom has dementia and is in a nursing home. I see her every week but I can’t help to wonder what the purpose of this. All she does is sit in front of the tv. And I’m not sure that she knows I’m her son. However she smiles when I’m there.
