  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Overhead Press
  • 20 Single-Leg Squats
  • 25 Merkins
  • 30 Curls
  • 35 Tricep dips

1st station, do the first exercise, 2nd station do the first 2 exercises, 3rd station first 3 exercises, etc. up to doing all 6 at the 6th station. Lunge with block from one station to the next. After the 6th work back down doing the last 5 exercises at the 5th, last 4 at the 4th, etc. working down to doing just the dips back at the 1st station.COT:It’s easy to let up when you’re running low at the end of the work out. Why’d you wake up early, drag yourself out of bed, out into the rain/cold/whatever? Finish strong, and don’t sell yourself short. Similarly, in our various areas of responsibility it can be tempting to let up in times of weariness. Continue to bring your best even when it is difficult.Big toe working through the transition from the school year to summer with the fam.
