Sprint to the island, jog back, then 25 each of:
- Merkins
- Situps
- Heavy Squats
Repeat 4 times for a total of 100 each
Jog a lap around the islands
Repeat the same structure with:
- Tricep Dips
- Lunges
- American Hammer (no block, 2-count)

COT: I regret to have taken too long to backblast, and don’t recall what all was shared. We had a good week at VBS, but happy to be back in the workout routine. I believe things are going well with BigToe’s new employee getting up to speed and beginning to take work off of his plate.
