The Thang:

Straight leg raises, 30 each. 4-count cadence, one count to raise, and 3 to lower-Toe Up

  • Toe 45 degrees away from your body
  • On your side, leg raise towards the inside
  • Other side, leg raise towards the outside (Jane Fonda)

30 “around the cone”- 6-count cadence, 6” up, 6”over, up, over, down

  • Repeat each exercise with the other leg
  • 30 glute bridges, same 4-count cadence to 30Incinerator
  • Tricep press (modified to tricep dips after 2 rounds)
  • Overhead press
  • Curls
  • Skull Crusher

Mary:

  • 10 American Hammer
  • 10 Heels to heaven
  • Repeat to time (4x)
