Straight leg raises, 30 each. 4-count cadence, one count to raise, and 3 to lower-Toe Up
- Toe 45 degrees away from your body
- On your side, leg raise towards the inside
- Other side, leg raise towards the outside (Jane Fonda)
30 “around the cone”- 6-count cadence, 6” up, 6”over, up, over, down
- Repeat each exercise with the other leg
- 30 glute bridges, same 4-count cadence to 30Incinerator
- Tricep press (modified to tricep dips after 2 rounds)
- Overhead press
- Curls
