Warmup:

  • 10 4-count SSH
  • 20 Arm Circles

20 Kickouts (Stand on the block. Kick right leg forward, bring it back, kick it out to the side, bring it back, kick it out to the back, bring it back. Repeat the set a total of 10 times with the right, and then do 10 with the left)

The Thang:

6 stations, six exercises. At the first station, do the first exercise. At the second station do the first two exercises, at the third the first 3, etc. until doing all 6 at the 6th station. Going back down drop the lowest exercise at each station (do the last 5 exercises at the 5th station, the last 4 at the 4th, etc. until doing just the last exercise back at the first station). I mixed up the discs for the last two stations, but hopefully everyone figured it out.

    1. 10 Burpees
    1. 15 Scissor Lifts
  1. 20 Step Downs (Stand on the block, slowly lower one foot in front of the block until the heel just touches the ground, and come back up. 10 each side)
    1. 25 Merkins
    1. 30 Deadlifts
    1. 35 Calf Raises
