- Front-to-back hops
- High knees
- Butt kickers
- Grass Pullers
- Arm Circles, 5 small, 5 big each direction on a 4-count
The Thang:

Each song split between two exercises. First 4 cycles on lower body, then the second 4 on an upper body exercise.
- Heavy Squat — Overhead press
- Side Lunges — Curls
- Cossack Squats — Tricep Press (Or modify to tricep dips)
- One Legged Squats — Bent Over Rows
- Go through the loop twice.
