Warmup:

  • 30 seconds each:
  • X-hops (basically bonny blair, but not as deep)
  • Front-to-back hops
  • High knees
  • Butt kickers
  • Grass Pullers
  • Arm Circles, 5 small, 5 big each direction on a 4-count

The Thang:

    • Tabata:

Each song split between two exercises. First 4 cycles on lower body, then the second 4 on an upper body exercise.

  • Heavy Squat — Overhead press
  • Side Lunges — Curls
  • Cossack Squats — Tricep Press (Or modify to tricep dips)
  • One Legged Squats — Bent Over Rows
  • Go through the loop twice.
