The thang: PAX will partner up. One partner will farmer carry both blocks while the other bear crawls from start to finish and back again. Whichever partner gives up first causes the group to stop and do whatever the exercise count is and then switch jobs. Then they resume to end of round.
Rounds are 5 minutes. At the round all PAX run a large loop, and then resume the next round, with the new “stopped” exercise.
Exercises:
- 10 Merkins
- 10 dead lifts
- 10 OH press
- 5 blockers
- 10 heavy squats
COT: I’ll be out next Tuesday doing Fire 1 and Hazmat skills testing in KCK. Not optimistic about testing with strangers, on unknown equipment, with no pretest walk down own prep. Just looking for peace on that.
