Use ~100 feet of open space (field, parking lot, etc.). Each movement pair totals 100 reps — just like Wilt’s 100-point game.

    1. 100 Squats
    1. Bear Crawl to the far end (~100 ft)
    1. 100 Lunges (50 a side)
    1. Lunge Back
    1. 100 Calf Raises
    1. Bear Crawl
    1. 100 Dead Lift

  • Round 2*
    1. 50 Side Plank Leg Raises
    1. Bear Crawl to the far end (~100 ft)

  • Finisher: Surf’s Down*
  1. Q starts the wave: Performs MAX rep of the current exercise while everyone else holds the static position.

  2. The wave moves clockwise — each PAX performs their MAX rep while others continue to hold.

    1. Once it comes back to the Q, the Q performs MAX-1 reps.
  1. The wave continues — each PAX now performs MAX-1 reps when it’s their turn.

  2. The count continues to decrease each time the wave returns to the Q (5,4,3,2,1, etc.), until Q calls time or the set ends.
