Wilt Leg-berlain Format: AMRAP / Grinder Concept: 100 Points — Every Set Counts The Setup Use ~100 feet of open space (field, parking lot, etc.). Each movement pair totals 100 reps — just like Wilt’s 100-point game.

- 100 Squats
- Bear Crawl to the far end (~100 ft)
- 100 Lunges (50 a side)
- Lunge Back
- 100 Calf Raises
- Bear Crawl
- 100 Dead Lift
- Lunge Back Round 2
- 50 Side Plank Leg Raises
- Bear Crawl to the far end (~100 ft)
- 50 Plank Jacks
- Lunge Back
- 50 Mountain Climbers
- Bear Crawl
- 50 - Jenny from the Block
- Lunge Back Finisher: Surf’s Down
- Q starts the wave: Performs MAX rep of the current exercise while everyone else holds the static position.
- The wave moves clockwise — each PAX performs their MAX rep while others continue to hold.
- Once it comes back to the Q, the Q performs MAX-1 reps.
- The wave continues — each PAX now performs MAX-1 reps when it’s their turn.
- The count continues to decrease each time the wave returns to the Q (5,4,3,2,1, etc.), until Q calls time or the set ends. • 5 Squats • 5 Plank Jacks • 5 Glute Bridges COT: Thoughts and Prayers go out to @Farmers Only and his mom, @Big Toe has some friends starting their battle with cancer, keeping their family in our prayers, and also for @Bonnet’s Daughter, after a fall at the dentist.
