The Thang: Blackjack
Suit to exercise mapping:
- Hearts = Merkins
- Clubs = LBCs
- Spades = Lunges
- Diamonds = Jump Squats
Q deals, starts with dealing 2 cards face up per PAX. Hit or hold like blackjack.
- Under 21, the reps = card values per suit
- Hit 21 = winner picks exercise and we do 21 reps
- Bust = double every card’s reps
After each hand, jog one lap.
At the end of each round whoever had the highest hand became the dealer.
