What is F3?

F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.

The credo: leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him.

A different man leads (Qs) each workout. No trainers, no certification.

Every workout closes with a Circle of Trust. Share what matters.

Think it's not for you?

"I need to get in shape first."

That's like saying I'll go to the doctor once I'm healthy. Every exercise is scalable. Go as hard or as easy as you need. You get in shape by showing up.

"I already have a gym membership."

Great! If that's working for you to get fit and connected, keep it up. F3 is free and it's a group of men who'll notice when you're not there. You don't have to do it alone.

"I'm too old / too busy."

PAX in our group range from tweens to guys in their 60s. It's 45 minutes, before work. You're home before the kids get up.

"I don't know anyone."

Neither did any of us on day one. Show up, say you're an FNG (Friendly New Guy), and you'll be welcomed by name and given one of your own.
